Manchester Irish Language Writing Prize

As part of the 2011 Irish Language Arts Festival we are running an Irish Language writing competition. Entries can be in the form of fiction, non-fiction or poetry but must be less than 3000 words in length. A judging panel will select a shortlist and the chosen poet for this years festivla wil then decide the winner.

The competition is now closed and entries will no longer be accepted.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 20th October at 9pm, following the poetry recital by Colette Nic Aodha.
